"The Gates" by Artists Christo and Jeanne Claude was a once in a
lifetime experience. From February 12th to the 27th, 2005 New York's
Central Park was covered with a sea of orange fabric suspended on
7,500 sixteen feet tall arches covering 23 miles of path. The bright
orange colors in contrast with the winter season made it a spectacular
exhibit. These photographs preserve this unique time in History. A
